Benjamin M. Depta

Benjamin M. Depta is an attorney at Allen Law Group, LLC specializing in car crash, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Depta obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Purdue University-Northwest and Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During his law school tenure, Mr. Depta served as both a competitor and as a coach in multiple moot court competitions, building upon a strong legal foundation accrued over his multi-year tenure as a paralegal at Allen Law Group, LLC.

Mr. Depta has always been justice-oriented, and he is proud to be able to serve injured plaintiffs in his role at the firm.

In his free time, Mr. Depta enjoys kayaking, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with his loved ones.
